  • Site Information: Physical addresses of properties requiring demolition or relief, photos of damage, and structural reports.

  • Financial Data: Payment details and credit information for project billing.

  • Compliance Data: Information required for permits, such as property ownership details.

Your information is used to facilitate safe and efficient site operations, specifically for:

  • Providing quotes and fulfilling service contracts.

  • Emergency Coordination: Identifying and prioritizing high-risk areas during disaster relief efforts.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work meets Victorian WHS and environmental standards.

  • Communication: Updating you on project progress or responding to emergency call-outs.

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your data. However, due to the nature of Disaster Relief, we may share relevant personal or site information with:

  • Government Authorities: Local Victorian councils, Fire Rescue Victoria, or the SES during coordinated relief efforts.

  • Insurance Providers: To assist in claim processing for property damage.

  • Subcontractors: Specialized trades (e.g., hazardous material teams) required for site safety.

  • Legal Requirements: When authorized or required by law to prevent a serious threat to life, health, or public safety.

5. Data Security & Storage

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

  • Physical records are stored in secure locations.

  • Digital data is protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls.

  • Retention: We retain data for as long as necessary to meet legal and tax obligations (typically 7 years in the construction industry).

6. Access and Corrections

If you have concerns about how we have handled your data, please contact us directly. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
